Founder & Designer
Born & raised in Sarnia, Ontario, Jessica studied interior design at Fanshawe College with an extensive background in kitchen and bath millwork design & remodelling.
She began running her design company, Interior Motivez, in 2016 as a passion project until leaving her job as a kitchen designer in 2019 to grow her business further.
Jessica is fond of the “less is more approach,” and strives to adhere to each client’s desire for self-expression.

Founder & Builder
Kevin is a qualified Red Seal Carpenter born and raised in Grand Bend, Ontario. He has 15 years of experience in the custom home building industry as a carpenter and foreman. Kevin’s attention to detail and quality of work excelled him in his trade over the years.
He treats his team of trade professionals like family. As Kevin says, “In this industry, you’re only as good as your trades”. Healthy and professional relationships with both trades and clients remain of utmost importance to him for successful projects.
